This page summarizes key Meridian Future Academy policies for families, universities, and partner institutions. Full policy documents are maintained by the Academic Office and are available upon request.
Meridian Future Academy is governed through board oversight and school leadership responsible for academic quality, student records, policy approval, and continuous improvement. Official student records, transcripts, graduation audits, and diploma issuance are managed through MFA’s Registrar Office.
MFA maintains official academic records through its Registrar Office. Official transcripts are issued only by authorized school personnel and may be verified by colleges, universities, and approved institutions through the Registrar Office. For transcript requests and verification, contact info@meridianfuture.org.
MFA awards its high school diploma to students who complete the school’s published graduation requirements, credit requirements, academic integrity expectations, and final graduation review process.
MFA students are expected to complete honest, original work and follow school rules for citation, collaboration, assessment, and responsible AI use. Academic integrity violations may affect grades, transcripts, graduation eligibility, or diploma status.
MFA uses learning technologies to deliver instruction, manage coursework, support students, and maintain academic records. Student data is used only for school-approved educational, operational, safety, compliance, and support purposes.
AI tools at MFA support learning and teaching — including the AI English Classroom and AI Tools for Teachers — but they do not replace teacher judgment, official records, or student responsibility.
Parents and eligible students may request access to education records and may request correction of records they believe to be inaccurate or misleading, subject to MFA procedures and applicable law.
The MFA Student Handbook is provided to all enrolled families and is available to prospective families on request from the Academic Office at info@meridianfuture.org.
